Grilled Breaded Sicilian Swordfish- Recipe

- Grilled Breaded Sicilian Swordfish -

Ingredients:

  • 4 swordfish steaks cut 1/2 inch thick, about 6 oz. each

  • 1 package Colorado Spice Sicilian panko breadcrumbs (in store)

  • 1/4 cup grated Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese (in store)

  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil (in store)

  • 2 Tablespoons flat leaf Italian parsley, chopped

  • Non-Stick cooking spray

  • 1 fresh lemon, cut into quarters

What to do:


1. Preheat your grill. 2. Combine breadcrumbs, cheese and parsley in a shallow bowl. 3. Pour olive oil in another shallow bowl. 4. Place each swordfish steak in olive oil and coat generously. 5. Then place swordfish steaks into the breadcrumb mixture being sure to coat both sides. 6. Spray preheated grill with non-stick cooking spray, this keeps fish from sticking 7. Grill for 3-4 minutes on each side until cooked through, breadcrumbs will be golden. 8. Squeeze lemon on top, enjoy!
